Arbor Tech Landscaping Service
dissapointing to say the least
“So this company is composed of two brothers and their sons. Then man that showed up to give me an estimate. Told me he would do my front yard for $560.00. I thought that the price was a bit high but I thought that I would get exactly what I wanted for the price, and I thought that the Arbotech seemed a legit business. We agreed that he would trim up the overgrown plants lower the crown of my tree and thin it out, and take out two dead bushes out. I specifically told him I wanted the crown lowered on my tree. He agreed and said his people were going to come by and do it by the end of the week. On July 27 I show up from work on the day they came to do it and I was surprised to see that the tree was raised and the crown was left high. I did not like it and told the man that showed up at the house to charge me (same person that gave me an estimate). He said that his men (his brother and nephew) will show up the following Friday August 5 to fix whatever I was not happy with for obviously the same price ($560.00). They did show up sometime later and told my husband that they could not do anything as they had to wait for the tree to grow out a little bit to fix it. October 11 I notice my tree is falling over and the roots are coming out of the ground because is top heavy and so I called and they said they will send someone over. When I speak to the man that came by he said that they will lower the crown for an additional 175 dollars. I told him I shouldn't have to pay for something I wasn't even happy with from the beginning they said they will fix initially. He said he would ask his dad( the one that cut the tree) but never returned my call as of October 22 when I last called them they decided to ignore my calls now. So after they cut my tree till when it started to tip over was approximately a little bit over 2 months& yes its possible when you call Arbotech. And they wont fix it unless you pay them extra.” -

Horticulture Unlimited Inc.
Horticulture Unlimited is Excellent!
“I needed a landscape contractor that could design a water efficient plan for my front and backyard in Tucson, AZ. After reading several online reviews and checking out consumer ratings for landscapers in Tucson, I decided to contact Horticulture Unlimited Inc. They responded immediately and came up with a xeric design that provided plenty of color using native and desert-adapted plants and a drip irrigation system uses very little water. Once they installed everything, I was astounded at how beautiful my new yard looked. Best of all, I now save over $100 a month on my water bill during the hot summer. My new landscaping will eventually pay for itself by saving water. Horticulture Unlimited gets my vote of excellence. They are courteous, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and professional on all levels.” -

Arbor Tech Landscaping Service
Do they answer there phones?
“I was trying to contact them for weeks and was told by the secretary (when I did get a hold of them) that they would call me back the same day. I never got a call back. This happened multiple times until I talked to the owner who said to call one of his main guys, which I thought was not very professional at all. He should have said okay I will take care of it and call you back in a few minutes. Anyways, I eventually got them to cut down my trees and they did a good job with that, however they haven't called me back yet to get paid ( I left a message) and I am not going to try and track them down to get paid. I am sure they will find me when they want to get paid. This company lacks custumer service and I would not recommend doing business with them. ” -

Arbor Tech Landscaping Service
Crappy tech
“I highly do not recommend Arbor Tech Landscaping. I recently bought a home in the Saguaro subdivision and part of the package was a landscape of your choice by this so called landscaping service. The work looked like it was done by a do-it-yourself crew. The sprinkler system was not properly adjusted and had to be fixed later. Some of my sprinkler heads are on my neighbors property, and when I told the workers they said no it is on the property line. About three days after install one of the water tubes came undone and when I called to have it fixed I was called back and insulted and told how to fix it. That's right no one was sent I was just told how to do it. The biggest upset for me was that there is no follow through from the company to see if the work was done ok or if there was anything else they could do for me. I'm not sure if the quality of work is because it's just part of a package deal or just because they are really that bad. I would probably go with the latter of the two though. \n\n*Point is: Try your best not to use them if you don't have to. ”
