  “Sterling did all of the landscaping at our new Buchan home in the spring of 2007. We moved in the home in July 2007 and two of the trees were on the verge of dying. Sterling marked the trees as such and said they would be happy to replace if they didn't make it. Well after that winter, they were dead and we cannot get Sterling to come back out to replace them. I call at least twice a month and get the run around...horrible customer service. I just want my new trees and I will never use them again!”
