I can provide design services, assist with securing qualified landscape contractors to bid projects, review bids and assist with selecting contractors, review contractors contracts, terms and conditions, and payment terms, audit the progress of projects to ensure contract compliance, approve billings and payments, provide written specifications for maintenance of completed projects, and offer periodic reviews of service and provide written follow up.
