  “The above review from Melanie is 100% incorrect. We completed the porject as was agreed upon and under budget. This lady remove the total paid balance from our credit card merchant due to three dead trees out of 60+. Two words.. Credit Card Fraud. We then, to exceed our warranty obligation, replaced double the amount of dead trees to make her happy. She then took it upon herself to change the plumbing of the pump which puts it out of warranty but then called us up when it wasnt working. We replaced a pump switch for FREE which was hit by lightning which again is not under warranty. We have done everything in our power to satisfy this customer. No one could have done a better job under these circumstances.

  “They should have zero stars for their rating. This was the worse experience of my life! I wish I would have used anybody but them. They leave their work unfinished and they do not honor their guarantee. I'm in the process of taking them to small claims court after sending certified letters and making unanswered phone calls. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!”
