  “ON June 9, 2009 we paid full price to have two self closing hinges and locks installed on our two yard fence gates... and only ONE was installed. Numerous letters and calls have been made to John Mitchell the Sales Manager with NO RESPONSE. We just want half our money back or the other hinge/lock installed. Last attempt to contact them was via letter dated February 18, 2011 and STILL NO RESPONSE. Called phone number and another company (by name) had a voice mail message. I don't want voice mail... just want work completed or money back!”
