  “About two months ago I purchased 1 screened river rock to do a landscaping project. The stone was delivered and looked nice. However, when I returned a week ago to purchase a larger quantity of the same stone, but what was delivered was trash stone with sizes every where from 1/4 to 3/4. The load was 80% pee gravel, 10% 1/2 stone and the rest 1. When I called to find out what happened I got a huge song and dance excuse. They claimed that it's the way it was deliverd to them, that they had no control. I had the sales person come to look at the delivered stone and he also just tried to BS his way around and told me to 'mix' it in with the other stone and it will blend. My landscaping project looks like crap now. Unfortunately I paid cash for the stone otherwise I would have stopped payment. I demanded that they deliver what I ordered...they refused.
  
  I would not use Green Rock for any product again. They do not have any quality control for incoming or outgoing material, they charge excessive delivery charges, the counter and sales help are rude and don't stand behind their products in any way...... it's like....you may want that...but we're delivering whatever we want.
  
  Do not use them.”
