  “I bought a October Blaise Maple tree. It was a 3 inch trunck and very nice tree when I purshased it. The tree had a one year warranty on it. It was planted in Oct 2006. The tree is now half dead in spring 2008. The owner Mike Franz was very difficult to speak with. He was very condescending and rude when explaining to him my tree issue. He was just looking at my problem like I was trying to recieve a free tree. He would not work with me at all. I paid alot of money for this tree and expected for the nursery to at least try to diagnose the tree problem or give me a discount on a new tree because it was out of warranty. Mike Franz was rude and hung up on me. I would advise no one to use this nursery”
