The Mulch Factory sells several types of Top Dressing mulches, but features our Garden Mulch. The Garden Mulch is harvested from sawdust left behind by a sawmill, and is 50+ years old and heavily composted. Screened down to 3/4 inch minus, it's easy to handle and builds amazing soil when used as a soil amendment in gardens and new yards. Top dressing grass seed with Garden Mulch can make starting a new lawn easy. All mulch is sold in bulk with 3 cubic yard minimum. Delivery or on site pickup by appointment.
