Ron DeGeorge is a landscape horticulturist who has been living and working in the East Bay for over 35 years.Vortex Water Features designs and installs natural rock ponds and pondless water features in residential gardens throughout the East Bay area. V.W.F utilizes a unique "Bio-Bog" filtration system, created by Ron, that is integrated into the overall design of the pond. The bio-bog is a living filter that supports plants, frogs, tadpoles and dragonflies while maintaining crystal clear water and a healthy environment for the fish. The existence and sound of flowing water in the garden attracts birds and other wildlife.
