Patrick Sunbury Design is based in Northern California and is composed of a landscape design studio, a working farm and a botanical garden. Patrick Sunbury is a fifth generation Californian with deep family roots in agriculture, conservation and construction. A highly functional, naturalist approach to design is the mainstay of our work. Our work is defined by a love for native plants, authentic sustainable materials and inventive space planning. We design at different climates on varied geography with multiple scales. Our work is a collection of projects across California that uniquely address the people and place. Context is everything. A well designed landscape looks better each year ad infinitum.
