  “I hired Hummer Bros. Landscaping (Mark and Eric)to do the final grade and seed my lawn on a my new construction home. They charged me $2000 more than the bid and now my lawn looks like garbage. I can't even get a lawn service hired to help me fix it. Mark came back and wanted to charge me to fix it. I have a sprinkler system installed and run it as described by these guys. They are not worth the hassle and I would recommend you never associate yourself with them. Terrible business people.”

  Bad concrete work!

  “Terrible job on the concrete repair of our porch stoop! The next day it had cracks in it, the corners were just rounded off with chunks of concrete still on them, some areas were thicker than others and some areas were missed altogether. There is splattered product on our new siding that I am still trying to get off! Didn't clean up area very good in fact he dumped his excess concrete (about the size of a dinner plate) onto our lawn! A professional would have disposed of it in a bucket or something and removed it from the premises. It hardened into the grass and now we will have to take a sledge hammer to break it up and repair the lawn. Very amateur work by a supposed professional. Now we have to hire someone else to do the job right. I should have seen the red flag go up with his lack of communication with me. I called to let him know of my disappointment with the job he did on our porch. He called me back 4 days later and said he'd be over the next day and he never showed up & never called. I give up. My advice is if you need concrete work done, don't have Eric Hummer of Hummer Bros. Landscaping do it!”
