We advise real estate investors and waterfront and lakefront property owners. More than creating natural waters, we are in the business of changing the lives of our clients who dream of the perfect waterfront property. As Biologists we thrive in the confluence of science and art. We do not paint with a brush, but with hand tools and heavy equipment. Our art is an expression of what we have seen over the life of many pairs of hiking boots and thousands of days and miles of travel in the natural world.
