Y & W farm Center, Inc. was founded in 1956 by Glenn and Max Webb and Sam Young. The company started out as a farm supply center and a grinding mill for livestock. The company later moved in the 70’s to an old tobacco warehouse located beside the Town Clock in Madison. Today they are in a brand new facility located on Academy Street right beside the long bridge coming into town. The company is now owned and operated by Glenn Webb and his two sons, Stephen and Greg. The new building offers 12,700 sq. ft. of floor space that is packed full of farm supplies, livestock, pet feed and supplies, carpenter, plumbing & electrical supplies, lawn mowers, landscaping equipment, a large selection work clothes, boots, hats and a variety of products.
