Half-a-Barn Farm, established in Wake Forest, North Carolina in 2017, is a family-owned business that specializes in backyard food production. We design and build raised garden beds and animal enclosures, and offer consultations to help Raleigh area homeowners to create their own sustainable gardens or raise small livestock for eggs and/or meat. We bring our passion for food independence to you by helping you where you live - even if your backyard is a tiny townhouse plot. We also build in spaces where a community garden is desired. We offer 1 hour consultations for creating your own backyard food production, including raised garden beds, chicken coops, garden education services, maintenance, and more!
