Historic Stone Co is a locally owned stone salvage company, established in 1999. We reclaim natural stone, from building demolitions, in order to provide original stone on renovations. We also reclaim street brick & authentic granite cobblestone from city roads, used in landscape designs. Our stone is 100 years old and has a beautiful natural weathered patina. Our product comes from quarries that have been long closed. Bayfield brownstone, Hinkley or Kettle River sandstone, Plattville limestone, and pink Mankato Limestone. We have beautifully carved arches that can be used as highlight pieces in your garden or landscaping. Our recent acquisition is the last of "Metropolitan" granite from the grand Minneapolis building razed in 1961.
