I started Walden Landscapes to be a full service lawn care and maintenance company, but it must be more than that. Anyone can mow a lawn a cleanup leaves. Those people try to control nature, and that’s a fools errand. You must work with the land. I fell in love with the outdoors as a young man after reading Walden by Henry David Thoreau (hence the name.) I find nothing clears a cluttered mind better than the landscapes which surround us. My goal is to not only manage the normal maintenance and care, but to help cultivate the beauty that brings you the tranquility that suits you as an individual. I’ve dedicated myself to bringing you the same peace of mind that I feel in the woods, to your own yard.
