About
In 1973, Chris Mark turned a lawn-mowing hobby in Bourne, Massachusetts into a full-time business, eventually involving his sons, Brian and Joshua, and his wife, Donna, who managed the office after working at Falmouth Hospital. Over the years, CMS Landscape grew to service more properties on Cape Cod. Today, Brian and Joshua run the company, which employs around fifty seasonal workers, with most returning year after year. In 2024, CMS acquired Hoxie Landscape, merging two legacies for a combined 80+ years of experience, further enhancing its services while continuing to care for clients since 1973.
