I want to share my honest experience so others understand what happened. I hired Francisco to plant eight Emerald Green Arborvitae trees. After two of them died and the rest started declining, I dug out the trees myself to understand the problem. I found that the holes his crew dug were the exact same size as the root balls. The roots had no room to spread and could not grow through the ground, which is exactly why the trees died and why the remaining ones are still dying. I reached out to him almost a month ago and explained everything. I asked several times if the hole size he provided was correct, and he never answered the question directly. He avoided it every time, even though it was the main issue from the beginning. Instead, he blamed the trees, the stores, the soil and said that a percentage of trees “just die,” which had nothing to do with the actual mistake his crew made. To keep things simple, I offered two solutions: come back and replant the trees properly or refund my money so I could handle it myself. After weeks of back-and-forth, he still refused to take responsibility for the work his team performed and continued ignoring the actual problem. My experience shows that if something goes wrong, he does not take accountability and does not provide a real solution. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. If the job had been done correctly from the start, none of this would have happened.
