Manley Lawn and Landscaping Incorporated “Manley was contracted to take down a tree & remove the stump in my front yard December 2006. After grinding part of the stump, the owners son personally informed me that the mount was just ground wood and that the mount would disappear after a few weeks. The stump is still in my front yard and Manley has not returned to complete the job after more than a dozen attempts to have the situation rectified. I a now at the point of legal action as their negligence has left an eye sore in my front yard. Manley stated the one time they called my wife that the job was secured by an employee that had no authority to do so, yet my daughter has pictures of two of Manley's vehicles at my home and of Mr. Manley's son working in my from yard.”
