“I had several opportunities to experience Mascola Landscape to do with reparable irrigation. The company restored my sprinklers to good working order and did so upon site (a flag-down) on one occasion, a condition otherwise would have proven costly with my current landscaper and lawn attendant of 12years. In retrospect I would hire this landscape company for care and maintenance for the following: Lou Mascola, owner, comes out to the locations, provides a person-to-person assessment on the appropriate and recommended care and treatment of the land to be treated and furthermore, remains on-site to demonstrate to his uniformed assistants/employees the manner in which he demonstrated the work to me, so as not to deviate from what he promised and I concurred upon. That, and his on-site return to the job during the completion of the task, is the decisive point for me as a consumer to write this commendation as this manner of business allows for direct communication and precludes the potential 3rd party miscommunication. It is this reason coupled with the solid workmanship provided that I take this opportunity to commend this particular business, Lou Mascola Landscaping. Finally, I speak from experience that if not documented verbatim the initial agreement of what is to be performed or completed, often times the picture painted together between the consumer and the hired landscape company gets lost in translation to the 3rd party if you will, workers performing the task. Having to work during the day myself, having Lou Mascola on the job rather than elsewhere or in the office eliminates any potential above-referenced nightmare incidents we consumers try desperately to avoid. Thank you to Lou Mascola Landscape and his employees for their professionalism for it makes my job easier as a woman and alleviates any fear of getting ripped off, so-to-speak. --2011 ” -
